Last Wednesday July 17, 2013 at 1:11pm PDT I happened to be waitressing, serving a restaurant full with 19 people. Noticing 1:08pm, I began settling down, slowing my stride and taking more notice of my breath. By 1:11 I felt encompassed by a natural moving meditation. All the place gradually reflected my inner state by quieting conversation and from 1:10 to 1:11, the whole place experienced an entire minute of silence. Wow! This is a small testimony to the ineffable global stillness project. Thank you for your momentous blessings. What an awe inspiring project we are creating together.
